Rude manager and unprofessional service

Hi There,

On Saturday (2013/09/07) I went to the Raslouw Lifestyle Centre to the Checkers Liquor store.
The manager on duty Natasha was really rude to the staff and unprofessional in front of the clients.

One of the cashiers asked for a code and she screamed the code to her in front of a store full of clients in a very rude tone.
This has happened numerous times in the past and makes a very bad impression on Checkers as a company.

Can this please be addresses as we don't even want to support the store any longer because of the way the manager is managing the store.
