After buying a lounge suite in Nelspruit and having it delivered in Cape Town, Coricraft failed to communicate the date and time of delivery to us. The set arrived midday in the middle of the week. No-one was home as expected. They proceeded to leave the couches in a stranger's garage for the afternoon and the onus was on me to get there asap and move them as this arrangement was made for only a few hours. I phoned the paper trail. It led to Alex the branch manager at Campos (the company Coricraft use for their deliveries), with a friendly attitude he and his team sent the truck back and collected the couches and returned them at a time that was convenient for me at no charge, hesitation or questions whatsoever.
