After my last complaint they were quick to respond. They put my droopy couches to bad maintenance by me. Agreed that the headboard need to be repaired. Collected as promised but returned a week later than promised and only half the repair done. The couches returned to its droopy self and the headboard still looks hideous. I am at a loss for words.
