I bought a fridge from Game that is not working i phoned them to report it and Alletta advised that i need to come in to report it so i did - Nomfundo was on hold for over 10 minutes waiting to report it! she asked if i could return the next day so she can report it which i insisted on waiting. Finaly got the ref number @ 1500 and an sms 1505 confirming the service call and that someone will call me within 8 working hours. Waited the whole day on the 3rd never got a call. I then called at 1300 04April spoke to Katlego on 0860884402. Basically Nomfundo wrote a wrong adress that is reading JNB and the call was not logged for Katlego's team so that is why im still sitting with a fridge that is not working. Katlego then advised me that someone will come tomorrow because they are busy with other things.

What kind of a service is game offering? I am really not pleased with the way they are handling this situation. It is really not reflecting good on game when the employees are passing the blame when something is not done. I Asked Katlego to call the supervisor which she could get a hold of. im really appauled with the service!
