Went to Game KC on 03/04/2013 for an advertised Addis 5pc bin set and they were out of stock. I got an IOU but it's now almost 2 months later and I still don't have the items. How is it possible for Game to be advertising goods they don't have in stock?! How does that make good business sense unless you're in the business of simply infuriating customers. This is not my first run-in with Game KC and although they resolved my previous complaint, it doesn't give them the right to now give me the run-around. I am more than unimpressed. Even the store manager gave me a date when stock will be in but this never panned out. Reference 189/130403/0081. Item number 06001246186118. Price R119.
