BAD SERVICE FOR A NEW STORE

This is what I wrote to Allan a week ago and have still not had any feedback:

sir i am an elderly lady who has just come back from your store and
you will not be seeing me again! my children are trying to get me into
21st century so i went off to buy a flash drive. First no one was
helping and i`ve no idea what i was looking for and eventually i found
the shelf where i think should be but no stock so i tried to find out
if in stockroom but all i got was blank stares and shoulder shrugs. i
then went to try to buy a ceiling fan no one to help! i walk with
crutches so i cannot climb up ladders and i asked some one for help
and i`m still waiting! i do realise you opened yesterday and expected
chaos but not to the extent today. there was no stock control as for
example one man waled out with a trolley load of toasters which are
going for r49 what can he do with them but sell them on! the cherry on
the top was once home i tried to phone and was put onto a fax machine.
I look forward to your reply hopefully in the not too distant future
