Complain about poor customer service

Background
I heard about the Toyota Etios XI hatch special that your dealership was running and immediately I enquired from Semaine Pillay to start the process to purchase on the 13th Dec 2012. Having started the process on the 13th Dec 12, I got feedback from Semaine on the 21st Dec 2012 who sent me an offer to purchase which I signed and sent back to her on the same day. I made a follow up call to Semaine to find out if she did receive the signed offer to purchase since I had made plans to come down to Durban from Johannesburg on the 22nd Dec 2012 to pick up the vehicle. Semaine's response was that she has received the documents but unfortunately she does not have stock of the vehicle and would enquire from her colleges if they can assist with that vehicle.
I later phoned her on the 22nd Dec 2012 to find out if she was able to secure a vehicle for me and she responded by saying that the stock was finished.

As a possible customer I have been treated unfairly due to the reasons listed below
o Purchase requisition of the Toyota Etios took too long having started the process on the 13th Dec 2012 and only to receive feedback on the 21st Dec 2012
