CTM
Not yet received my refund since december 29

Hi

On 29 December 2012, a refund was done on my card at CTM Northriding. To date the money has not shown to my card. I have been to them a several times and they promised me that I should receive the money the latest today.

When I visited the shop earlier today, there was no indication nor clarity as to when I will be receiving the funds.

17 days and counting I have not received about R4500 refund due to me from this store.
