I placed an order with Zando on the 18th April 2013. It was delivered within 3 days, on the 24th of April 2013 i requested for a return and i was told it will be collected withing 3 working days, it is now almost 2 weeks, the order has not been collected and the are keeping my money still, I have lost count of the number of calls I made to them and have been told since it will be attended urgently, kindly assist in getting these people to fetch their shoes and give me my money back.
I am infuriated and disappointed and the lack of respect and very poor customer service
