Call center phoned our offices offering printer toners that print three times more page prints than the standard toner. They also offered gift vouchers with the purchase. They said during the call that we can return it if we are not happy.
When I called their offices, I spoke to a gentleman and he was very rude over the phone. He now says that they cannot accept the toner back for credit. I will not pay for this toner as I feel I was misled as to their terms. And according to the credit act, "You are entitled to cancel agreements within the prescribed cooling-off period without incurring penalties of providing reasons for your decision."
