Via telemarketing a salesperson from C&N Imaging told me that they sell Ink Toners with a "special oil base" which lasts 4 times longer than the ORIGINAL toners. I did some research and several manufacturers of ink toners told me this is physically IMPOSSIBLE. Anyway, I fell for the and paid R3294.60 for only two toners, which they told me is non-refundable, but they will exchange these cartridges if it is faulty. The toners arrived and when I inserted them into my printers, the printers could not detect the toners or the quantity of ink inside the toners. I could also clearly see that these toners are RE-MANUFACTURED - which you can buy for under R300 from any other supplier. I phoned them and spoke to a "manager" who would not give me his name - an Indian guy - and told him the problem. He asked me if I used the toners, which I have, and then told me there is nothing he can do. I then told him that I will lay an official complaint with the National Consumer Commission against his company on which he replied he will take me to court!
