Was at Cash Converters Centurion branch yesterday to convert a Lagoona 7 sleeper cabin tent into cash.
I purchased the tent less than a year ago for aprox R2700 at Makro and the tent is in excellent condition.
The buyer (Thabiso) which had a very poor attitude and offered me only R110 for the tent, which of course was totally unacceptable. Thabiso was also very rude and was speaking to soft, I had to keep telling to speak up.
I declined the offer and went to Cash Converters in Mall@Reds, which immediately offered me R400 for the tent. The guys at Cash Converters Mall@Reds are extremely knowledgeable. Cannot say the same for Thabiso at CC Centurion - this guy is more like an and had to research the price first. Get rid of this.
