I purchased a JVC television in March 2012 and was given a 2 year warranty. This April the TV went on the blink and Cash Converters collected the TV for repair on Monday 29th April. On Saturday 11th May I collected a new TV from the branch as they did not have anyone to deliver. When I assembled the TV I noticed the stand was missing and reported it that same day. Despite numerous promises I do still not have the stand. This is not difficult and smacks of terrible customer service.
