I went to the shop on the 26 to complete my baby gift reg, i was promised that it will be loaded within 24 hours. to this hours it is still not loaded. This morning i called to enquire and was sent back and forth, apparently the lady who was helping me is not there today. Eventually after talking to 3 people i was transferred to a lady named Takane or something, she is supposely incharge on the gift reg. She said she will call me back, and hanged up the phone on my ear. am wondering how she will call me when she doesnt not have m contact or even regisration number.
What makes the situation more irritating is that i went to Centurion on the 1st April and they have uploaded the things i wanted to add. what kind of service is this and what is the point of using a shop is my wishes ant be granted. or maybe i should have use another retailer since clearly my service is not appreciated.
