I was told by head office to take marriage certificate and ID document to reactivate my account and change details from single to Married etc. i gave all info to the Glen Branch at 12h15, they sent a fax and only after i returned from lunch (13h25) they seen that the fax was not successful, they resent and still had a problem, all info on my marriage certificate ID and licence (maiden surname) has the same ID number and the branch could not assist, head office advised that only CERTAIN branches accept drivers licence, why only CERTAIN branches???
I wanted to purchase a takkie for my husband so asked if they could activate it and change details in the course of the week and was told no.
I will not open / reactivate my account with Total Sports as i am VERY unsatisfied with the service and assistance to customers
