I returned a Ryobi sander to the Builder Warehouse City Store, at which I was humiliated and screamed at. I went to the smaller branch, the one I normally support, and the service levels at this store is something I hope a pray would be emulated at the other stores in this chain. The machine was send of and he took ownership of the problem and it was solved under his control. He phoned me and kept me informed about where the machine was in the returns process, which concluded in the payment being returned due to a manufacturing defect.
