We purchased a bed frame in November and its structure is so bad it never stops squeaking. We have called decofurn numerous times and emailed the receipt to them but they have not helped at all. Surely this bed should be replaced? At this stage my husband has been attempting to re-enforce the bed, it is totally unacceptable. We spent R9000 at the store on that specific day!
We deserve to have this product replaced!
