I am unemployed and you want to issue a judgment against me, as per ur email how do you plan on getting your money, I have spoken to an agent who is absolutely rude and uncouth, she has no empathy, no respect and no telephone etiquette, tried to explain to her that I am currently unemployed but in the process of finding a job, she just won't listen, she screams and don't give me an oppurtunity to talk, I did explain to her that I will pay this account once I am employed again but she refuses to listen and I have no other choice but to hang up. (absolutely disgusting). Only knows how you guys screen your employees.
I will be contacting the ombudsman with regards to the telephone abuse I have been receiving from your agent and with regards to this account.
Please could you have a superior contact me or I will take this further.
