Came to Game to buy a 550w Ryobi impact drill for 199, which at the till they claimed it was a different product which cost 399, and when confronted they came back with a product that was neither the same range or strength as advertised. Secondly we bought a can of spray paint advertised in store at 36.99 and at the till was charged 49.99, we then called the manager who then gave it to us for 39.99 still not the advertised price. The managers attitude was simply that they make mistakes, had we not picked it up we would have left the store paying much more than was planned. This is not the first incident of this sort at the store
