Game made an error twice in their advertising. they priced USN 100% PROTEIN WHEY POWDER 4*2KG FOR R 349. both times when i queried it they said that its an error and they have the sign put up stating their error. my grievience is that they are luring customers to the store with incorrect pricing intending to buy something else instead of the intended product. We shop at game on a regualr basis. We felt cheated when we queried. Customers are always king and we felt that we were wrong at the end of it. The Manager even said that he cant honour the price. We understand errors do occur but 3 Weeks in a row! something is going on. All i need is the product as advertised. My wife spoke to Nevlan, after checking he said he is sure and that he will have the product ready for us for the advertised price but when collecting he was not there to assist. without customers game would cease to exist and they believe that they are the best but we dont see the top quality service that they claim to provide.
