For something I did not buy, I phoned the store and explained to them the problem. I was told to come and get the refund. On 19/03/2013 at about 11:45 I went to the store and I was helped by a black lady, then she went to the white man who I took to be the store manager, he came to me with the lady who gave me the refund and I explained to him 'Quinton Meyer' the situation, I told him that I should actually be compensated for my time and traveling and he became so agitated and I told him that if I was of the different race he was going to treat me different and he told me that I meant that he was a and I said to him that is not what I said. He went to the guy who was standing "the owner" at the door and explained to him what happened. While I was explaining my position to the owner he interfered and I told him to be quite, he (Quinton) told me that I should leave the shop or he will get the security to THROW me out, I told him that I am not a piece of paper to be thrown out and he said in Afrikaans that "HY SAL MY OP "I told him that he should try, he told me never to return to his shop. The owner did not say much. All this happened in the front of the store. I
