I went to Game Stores on Friday at Jabulani Mall in Soweto, i was going to buy a bicycle for my son. So ever since i was not able to take it with me due to my son being in Pretoria. so i asked to collect it the next day, as i depened on public transport i went to the Game in Jbh CBD, when i got there went to the sports section to collect, told that Quinton was meant to be be the sales guy on that section got here & had to wait for about 30 to 45 minutes on the section for sevice. As Quinton was a no show went to look for help from other sales personals, i was told to relax & take a sit, time was not on my side explained to them that i need to go as i gad a long way to travel. nothing was done to help me out then looked for the store manager who was not also willing to help & what made me even more angry was the fact that he called me a this customer, then a man by the name of Dominic came to help me out, he tried his best to be fast but at the collections section i was made to wait another 30 minutes for some person who was also not where they where meant to be. As a black lady i was over looked & some coulered lady was served fast & quick. i have never been so looked down apon.
