Shop owner rude and arrogant no sense of service

I Purchased a black lace slacks suit with a price tag of R295. I paid by C Card and the friendly sales lady was talking on how to accessorize whilst she was hand writing out my invoice. (Not sure why they dont have printed invoices for tax purposes.) As I walked out I noticed that she Wrote R515 on the invoice. I immediately went back to tell her there must be a mistake. She said its no mistake the top is R295 and the pants is R220. I told her I will have to return the items and asked for a refund. She said they cant, She phoned the owner, Sandy who asked to speak to me. Her first word to me was YES? I explained I needed a refund and she said we dont do refunds. I explained I made an honest mistake with the price. She was adamant I was NOT getting my money back. I told her Im not leaving the store until she refunds me. I refused to take her blatant greed for a sale, although her advertising cant be regarded as misleading, her attitude was surely greedy. Sandy will never see my hard earned money in Spatz again, with that attitude.
