NO RESPONSE FROM THE AREA MANAGER

Hello,

My name is Charles Amos.

I got a call from the Area Manager Jacky Van Der Heever concerning the cellphones i needed replaced, she assured me that she will call me before 29th March 2013 to get my issues sorted and that never happened.

once again the TFG failed to deliver, i want my issues sorted out ASAP, all that this company has brought me was problem after problem, once this issues with my cellphones are sorted i will be sure to pay up my account this time and close it. This is the most Unprofessional Service Ever!!!

I want all my issues rectified.
