Unfair billing

I have an account with edcon which i have been faithfully paying ever since i opened it. Firstly i have only received one bill way after the date and i only found out then that they are billing me for insurance thing i did not sighn up for. They sent me a letter for hospital cash back plan to activate it which i did not because am not interested, i am suprised that i have been paying for it none the less. Secondly i went to Edgars inquiring about my bill and they told me i owe R640.88, The system shows i missed a month. This is inaccurate as i have paid and i have records to prove it. My opinion is that they are system should be up to date because this might results in me having a bad credit record unnecessarily.
