Good day,
My PS3 40GB was twice previously sent in for repairs by Makro. On 13/07/2012 I paid the amount of R 1368.00 - (PartServe Document number: SPJ21774 and Makro Invoice no. 139 (2015/07/07) for repairs to be done by PartServe. My PS3 is once again not working and I handed it in on 2013/03/21 and I am told by Makro that the repairs are only guaranteed for 3 months! I am now expected to pay another R 1368.00 for further repairs. Does the 3 month period imply that PartServe only trust their repairs to the maximum of 3 months? A 320GB PS3 costs R3699 and I am expected to pay a total of R 2736 to have a 40GB PS3 fixed. I would appreciate it if you negotiate with PartServe to reconsider charging me a 2nd time for repairs.
