At the kiosk, swiped for ciggarettes & requested a R300 withdrawl. from the second i got there she was unfriendly & couldn't even smile or greet. yeah she helped me at a slow pace with her jaw on da ground & her mind all over the place. the machine they had was giving problems, causing her to use another. that even irritated her more as if it were my fault. she gave me more attitude & made me feel small. i started losing my cool & the guy standing there Mashudu decided to assist me further as he could see that i was losing my patience & was about to give her a piece of my mind. he too admitted to seeing the dismaying attitude, she behaved like i sent her to be a cashier. i do all my shopping at pnp to avoid such behaviour at shoprite, to come to pnp & get this kind of service after so many years. this attitude & behaviour is unacceptable. if she has problems she needs to leave them at home more especially since she works face to face with customers. if this kind of behaviour continues, someone will throw a tantrum in the store. something needs to be done with this behaviour, its dismaying & gives off a bad reputation about a company i trust. something NEEDS to be done..
