No refund on cancelled goods

I bought a tv stand and a coffee table on February and the following day I had to cancel them due to family reasons, I asked for my refund since then they promised I'll get it in 3 days but now it has been 3 weeks without my money and I'm even broke at the moment. The amont they have to refund me is R8999, 99.
