Failure to refund delivery fees

I, Eunice Silika bought a TV stand on 21/01/2013 and it was suppose to be delivered after 2-4 weeks. The stand cost R7995. I paid a deposit of R4500 on that day. On the 15 February I paid the balance of which R515 was for delivery. The stand was delivered on the 18/02/2013 but it was damanged. I refused to accept it. They promised to bring another unit after 4 weeks. They failed to keep their promise. After six weeks I demanded a refund. It was a struggle to get my money. Eventually they refunded me on 08/04/2013. Unfortunately delivery money was not refunded. Till today im still fighting to get the balance of R515.
