NO CUSTOMER SERVICES NO APOLOGY

I bought Sofas and coffee table for cash at Soshanguve Thorntree plaza, on the 06/09/2013. I got the sofas which looked like they have changed them to the one that they displayed at the store. I left it like that, the coffee table was not delivered as it was given to other customer, I GOT NO APOLOGY FROM THEM, they promised it will be delivered even today after a month still not delivered and I bought it cash, when I call the store I was told the manger got a transfer no one to assist me. they promise to call me only after I called them, they wont initiate and call me instead they wait for me to call them. I requested a refund and I was told they don't keep money at the store. is it my problem? I want my refund cash as I paid them cash.

I don't want that coffee table anymore and your people don't treat us well.
