I recently bought a Plasma Stand, Coffee Table and Side Table Set, when I opened the first box I discovered that the furniture was damaged, I then reported this to Groupon I was told to take pictures of the damaged goods... I took the pictures and sent them as instructed. To my surprise I received a response from Groupon which read "... We haven't found a solution to your case yet, but we hope to have something for you very soon ..." while they are hoping to find a solution I must hang but I paid in full for these products. I do not understand what exactly needs to be figured out here, I received goods that are damaged, I want them to collect these goods and refund me, R3999 is not the kind of money I want to spend on things that are not to my satisfaction.
I believe when a customer pays for a product it must be of GOOD quality if NOT they must be refunded!!! I want my money back!!!
