I purchase a blouse at vertigo rondebosch on the 26 march 2013, the next day 27 march 2013 i wanted to return item as it was to short in front, i went into claremont branch who advised me i cannot excange it as they did not have the same item in store an i had to exchange it for something else. I did not want anything else i wanted my money back. If i go into any woolies, aca joe, or any clothing store it is the same all round not one store that differs from the next, the board at the till says in returns or refund on sales goods and says they will refund so why when i wanted my money i could not get it back. It was a one day period and i am not goin to weat the cardie i had to exchange my blouse for i want my money back. This is jst terrible.
