Incorrect information

I made an online purchase for 2 xbox 360 games as my local CNA (alberton) only have 5 games to choose from for the last month atleast. So I made my purchase on 25.03.2013.. on 26.03.2013 I receive an e-mail with a tracking number 2007410/20130325/CNA advising that my order has been dispatched and that I will receive delivery in 24-48 hours. So on 27.03.2013 I call the courier company asking them to check on their system when they will be comming around and the lady tells me that 2007410 is not a propper tracking number and that I must phone CNA to get a propper one..Next I phone the CNA call centre and explain my issue. The gentleman tells me twice that my order have not been dispatched?? after I told him a couple of times that I received a confirmation e-mail allready, he then does a third check and all of a sudden it has indeed been dispatched but not loaded on to the tracking site yet. I need some one to check, confirm, and get back to me today with the CORRECT details regarding my orde
