During the duration in which I have had an Edgars account, the following has occurred: 1) Failure to set up my debit order upon opening my account which was then put into arrears at MY expense. 2) Failure to update my credit limit increase on their systems after having being notified via statement AND SMS that I had to sign in store which I tried to do FOUR times unsuccessfully. I also phoned customer services twice to query my increase upon which they agreed that I qualified for a higher credit limit. 3) Failure to refund me for TWO policies that I cancelled FOUR months ago (funeral and accident policies) that I paid for two years in which duration I have NOT claimed and should be refunded for as per the letter by Edcon underwritten by Hollard. 4) Failure of response, follow up of query and other notifications. 5) Lack of staff at branch doing stocktake during retail hours thus resulting in NO tellers available to public.
