Sometimes last I received a call from truworth debt collector saying I was R94.00 in arrears. I asked how was that possible when I paid them R300.00 on 30th of June 2013 instead R280.00 and was told my installment has increased R394.00. "When can you come pay your R94.00? " she asked. I said since I was not aware of such I will settle it when I pay my monthly bills. Saturday (20 july 2013) I got a missed call from the same Truworths number, then on Monday (22 July) I received call again from truworths asking me about the same thing "when are you settling your account? " how many times must I answer. I've been with Truworths since 2006 and never missed any payment and yet I am being treated like a criminal for mere R94.00 missed (not deliberately).
I will settle this account and close it down.
