I had purchased a tv in august 2012, it stopped working in february 2013 i took it back to store booked in for repair and on sunday 24/03/2013 i went in and was promised a refund in cash by Emanuel in the stoneridge store . i am driving all the way from pretoria north today and now they say i must do an upgrade / a voucher will be given to me, not just that, i cant return the 3d glasses with the tv and i dont get a refund for the extended warranty either. im lost now and dont want to buy from the store i just want my money back
