Dear Edgars
On March 26, 2013, I bought a few things at Edgars, including a pair of Bradford formal black shoe ( /-R199) and a pair of Stone Harbour Jeans ( /-R99). They are both broken. The jeans just ripped between the legs as I got into my car and then sat down on a couch after - the rip is so bad it looks like I deliberately tore it. The right shoe is totally broken as well - the sole spilt and the seam on the inside of the foot is totally broken.
It is so strange that these items broke so easily and I am so disappointed in the inferior quality of these products.
My problem is that I do not have the recipt any longer - the only evidence I have is my R902.80 swipe against my VISA card on 26 March 2013 at Edgars Cresta.
I would like a refund of my wasted money for these two items, but as I say - I do not have the receipt any longer and want to know what I can do about it.
