I have a Markhams account where since I started it I requested the store to put it on debit order.
This wasnt done as the accounts is closed on a Sunday, so I went to the store again a few weeks later, and after them calling the accounts dept I was assured that it was now debit order.
I later got billed again and no debit order went through, and I started getting charged interest for non payment.
I then went to another store and repeated the whole debit order process. It was still not done.
All I need is for the accounts dept to actually effect the changes done in store.
