I bought a few towels from Mr Price Mafikeng about a month ago. I only washed it last week because we are moving into a new house this weekend. I noticed that 1 of the towels came loose at the seam. I took it back to the store on Friday to exchange it (I don't have my slip anymore). When I explained to the manager what was wrong he asked me a few questions: what kind of washing machine do I have? What type of washing powder do i use? When I told him I use Bio classic he said that my washing powder damaged the towel and you can see that I have washed the towel more than once. Then he asked me where my receipt was. I told him that I don't have it anymore. He then said to me that this is the first time they had a damage towels and he don't believe my explanation. He was very rude and not help full at all. I have bought quite a lot of stuff from Mr Price Home in Mafikeng over the last month. I am very upset about the way I was treated in front of other customers and by the store manager. I will not buy from them again and will inform all my friends about my experience.
