I was given a towel bought at the @ home store in the KOLONNADE shopping centre in Pretoria. The towel was washed once and the one side of the towel frayed. I went back to the store where the item was purchased and was refused an exchange based on the fact I have obviously NO receipt. Where would I get a receipt as the item was a gift and the person who purchased the item cannot find the receipt. the item is obviously an @home brand as it has the lbel on it and it is obviously a new item. I thought the quality of @ home products is supposed to be good quality but I AM WRONG OBVIOUSLY. The customer care service is pathetic as I have tried for 2 entire days to get through to the complaints department without success!!!
