Bad attitude & on my account

I called Edgars to get an update on the status of my account, which has taken place and the call centre by the name of Eunice, who seems not to be aware that my account has been blocked & thinking I need 2 confirm my details, firstly on the engagement with the call centre agent by the name of Eunice should be fired by the manner in which she conduct herself with clients & secondly cannot speak English proper which I don't know how she qualified to be a call centre agent. It says a lot about Edgars.

Someone committed in my account and I need a matter to be investigated quiet urgently as I have disputed the transactions which were done in Kempton Park for the amount of R 6000. I would like to know who should I speak too with regards to the status of the account as it is imported and to be cleared on what happened on the account.
