Edgars is tryn to rip me off by billing me twice

It was my first time in my whole life to open an account at a edgars store on the 02-06-2013 i wanted a phone urgently so they gave me R3000 credit and the phone cost me R3500 so on that same day i paid the R499 so that i would have to pay them the R3000 credit they gave me so on the 25-06-2013 i went to pay R500 then they print me a reciept saying R3900 meaning now that edagrs owes me R900 when they were meant to debit my account the call centre told me that i must go take it up with the store so i did so then the manager njabulo at the store says he needs to log a call to thier call center ok cool so on the 26-07-2013 i called thier call centre to check up on my account only to find out that now my balance with them still says they owe me R900 but my balance on the account says i owe edgars R5600 the agent said that someone must've committed on my account that i must go to the store to recitfy it again so on the 30-07-2013 i had to take a day off work for this issue that they did only to get attitude from the manager and he tells me ive been over charged so that he needs to log a call again and till this day they have not sent me a statement off my account could it be
