I had an altercation with another customer at the entrance, upon finishing my grocery I realised that I had to apologise to her and as I was looking for her to do so, the owner accosted me and was very rude. He didn't give me the chance to explain the situation nor did he even try and consider things from my point of view. He made it unbearable for me to be in that shop and I had to leave without finding the other person to apologise.
