Pick 'n Pay
16 days and still counting!

My AIM Twin Tub washing machine that I bought in July last year has cracked, I notified Pick 'n Pay Steeledale, on the 3 March that the machine was faulty. The staff at Pick 'n Pay took down my details and the details of the faulty machine and told me that someone would come around to look at the machine, I called Pick 'n Pay on the 11 March to find out what the progress was, as I had not heard from anyone as yet. On the 12 March, the technician came to look at the machine. He said that he would have to do a report and that I should get feedback by Thursday 14 March. When I had heard nothing by the 15th, I again had to call Pick 'n Pay to find out what was happening, I was then informed that they were waiting for a credit to be passed by AIM so that they could pass this on to me. And now here we are, the 18th March, and I am still waiting to hear what is going on. I do hope that Pick 'n Pay will refund me for this purchase so I can take my business elsewhere, as I have now lost faith in Pick 'n Pay and will no longer be spending my hard earned cash there. Not if this is what they call customer service thats for sure!!
