I am a new client of Milady's. I bought a handbag over December and about 10 day's ago the zip broke. Today I went to the Rustenburg branch to see if they still have them., and to get some clothing and shoe's. Well, my visit to the store was very short, as when you walked into the brand new store, 3 staff members were standing spread at the entrance having a conversation (which wasn't an issue) but the longer I spent time in the store the loader the converstation became till eventually, I packed everything back on the shelves/rails where I found them and walked out. I was looking for a bootleg jean but couldn't get a word in to ask for assistance, which I personally feel I don't have to ask, they are there to assist the customers but are for more interested in having a shouting conversation amongst them. Where was the Manager? How come so many staff if they don't assist, nor can one find the size you want as it is all mixed. Surely the rails/shelve needs to be packed according to sizes. I'm not impressed with the Rustenburg branch, I've only been to Milady's in the East Rand Mall and was supprised that Milady's clothes does hang according to size. Regards L. Joubert
