Edgars Zevenwacht mall is one of the worst Edgars stores I have yet experienced. It is close to me so it should be convenient but I dread going into the store.
Against my better judgement I sometimes do visit them in the hope they will surprise me, but nope still the same old same old. I end up buying stuff that I am not completely happy with as there is little time to drive and visit another store:
- it is seldom that I find a staff member on the floor of that specific dept, the security ends up trying to help me
- Stock: no stock, insufficient sizes, less variety, mismatched pairs, stock on the wrong ends and rails, normal priced stock on the sale rails, no pricing on stock
- garments and shoes lying around, rails untidy
- poorly manned pay points
- if i do find a staff member they cant help as they dont know and they dont offer solutions.
Last but not least, I have visited the store since it opened which I think is more than three years, once, only once did I see a manager walking the floor.
