A big thank you to Danny from the Sunninghill Village branch of Clicks for his help. I bought a Phillps Lady shave battery operated razor from this branch during the latter half of 2012. A few days ago it just stopped working. I thought I might have left the switch on and flattened the batteries, so I put in a brand new set! No change! So I figured I would just have to take it in and ask for a replacement. Then I discovered just 1 problem, I couldn't find my receipt! I went to Clicks anyway and lo and behold Danny appeared and tested my razor and fixed the minor problem. It now works perfectly again! Thanks Danny for your friendly, efficient professional service! What a pleasure to get such good response about what turned out to be a minor issue, but one that was satisfactorily resolved in no time at all! Brilliant service!
