I called Crickley Dairy on 22 March about sour milk that I got from a store. Hannes called me back and acknowledged that they have had 3 similiar complaints from the same area and that a rep in PE will get back to me. I understand we have had public holidays but surely someone could have responded by now?
It is not even about the 2l bottle of milk, I do not understand why I should repeatedly make long distance calls to get a response. Or should the consumer always be on the losing end and just let it go?
