We bought an engagement ring on 2/2/13. It was too small so we had to alter it, the store had to send it out and it would've taken 2 weeks. But the staff member told me that we can have it altered anywhere else AND IT WOULD NOT AFFECT THE GUARANTEE! So we had it done. Not even a month later one of the diamond's came out... Highly upset we returned to the store, to find out they have to send it out and it will take 2 weeks. But the staff member told us that we can AGAIN have it fixed anywhere else...
NOW... a 2nd diamond came out... THIS is not suppose to happen to ANY ring... EVER!!!
The manager's only explanation was that there is no guarantee now that someone else worked on the ring - and this was done under the knowledge and suggestiont of their own staff members!
This is the worst service from one of the best (well we thought) juwelery places... BIG MISTAKE!!! Absolutely useless staff, pathetic service... I will never buy from them again...
And believe me, I will not leave this here...
