I purchased an aircon from Game - mall @ carnival, about 2 weeks ago. it included instalaltion. The rep told me that they will call me for installation.
Since then, nothing, so this mornign I emailed the contact from the website, no response. I then called the branch, was transferred twice, then cut off. Eventually was transferred to Thabang, who was extremely rude. I told him what happened, and he asked me for exact date. I told him ti was on promotion and i purchased it 2 weeks ago, as i did not have it with me. He just then gave me attitude and said dont give him attitude and slammed phone down on me??? I was speaking properly, with no attitude???
Is this e theservcie from GAME???
I am extremely appalled and feel like going straight to Thabang on way home to sort hIm out!
